To give you the most cost-effective service, we prefer to accept documents as either postscript or PDF files. If you cannot create a pdf file, please call us so we can walk you through downloading a FREE and simple program. If you have experience downloading and installing files, click here and follow the directions to download and install the free pdf online program.

If you will be sending files frequently, you could benefit from having your own online account with us. With a personalized Pro-Type Printing internet account your business will have access to your order history which will allow you to check quantities last ordered and when; place re-orders quickly and easily and view an image of previously ordered items.

Files may also be attached to an email you send to us or you may wish to copy your file(s) to portable, digital media such as a CD, DVD or USB removable hard drive.
